The MHV11C225MAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Kyocera AVX's MH series. It features a capacitance of 2.2 µF with ±20% tolerance and a rated voltage of 100V DC. The X7R dielectric provides a capacitance change of ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
The MH series combines the electrical advantages of ceramic capacitors—low ESR, non-polar construction, excellent high-frequency behavior—with the mechanical protection of a molded case. The case is UL94 V-0 flame retardant. This component is AEC-Q200 compliant and lead-free compatible, making it suitable for automotive and other demanding applications.
