The Bourns MH1608-121Y is a high-current chip ferrite bead designed for filtering applications in power supply lines, IC power lines, and signal lines. It features a compact 0603 (1608 Metric) surface mount package with dimensions of 1.60mm L x 0.80mm W and a height of 1.00mm.
This ferrite bead provides an impedance of 120 Ohms at 100 MHz and has a maximum DC resistance of 100mOhm. It is rated for a maximum current of 2A and operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The component exhibits high resistance to heat and humidity, as well as resistance to mechanical shock and pressure.
Designed for automatic surface mounting, the MH1608-121Y is RoHS3 compliant and halogen-free. It has a reflow soldering temperature of 230°C for a maximum of 50 seconds and resistance to soldering heat of +260°C for 5 seconds.
