The Silicon Labs MGM12P32F1024GA-V4 is a fully-integrated, certified multi-protocol wireless module designed for rapid development of wireless mesh networking solutions. Based on the EFR32MG12 Wireless Gecko SoC, it combines an energy-efficient wireless SoC with a proven RF/antenna design and industry-leading wireless software stacks.
Key features include a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 core operating at 38.4 MHz, 1 MB of flash program memory, and 256 kB of RAM. The module supports 2.4 GHz radio operation with a data rate of up to 2 Mbps and a transmit power of +17 dBm. Receiver sensitivity is rated at -105.7 dBm. It operates within a voltage range of 1.8V to 3.8V and has a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
