The Powerex Inc. MG400Q2YS60A is a Dual IGBTMOD™ Compact IGBT Series Module engineered for high-power switching applications. This module integrates two IGBT transistors in a half-bridge configuration, each with a reverse-connected super-fast recovery free-wheel diode. It offers a robust 1200V collector-emitter voltage (VCES) and a continuous collector current (IC) rating of 400A at 25°C, with a peak collector current (ICP) of 800A.

With a maximum power dissipation of 3750W at 25°C, this IGBT module is suitable for demanding applications such as AC motor control, motion/servo control, UPS systems, and welding power supplies. The module features an isolated baseplate for simplified system assembly and thermal management, and it operates within a junction temperature range of -20°C to 150°C.

The MG400Q2YS60A is designed for chassis mounting, providing a secure and stable installation.
