The Bourns MF-USHT050KX-2 is a polymeric PTC resettable fuse from the MF-USHT series, designed for overcurrent protection in space-constrained applications. It offers a hold current of 500 mA and a trip current of 2.5 A, with a maximum voltage rating of 30 V and a maximum current rating of 20 A. The device features an initial minimum resistance of 0.3 Ω and a maximum post-reflow resistance of 1.6 Ω. The PTC fuse operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for harsh environments.
