The Bourns MF-R020 is a polymeric Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) resettable fuse designed for overcurrent protection in electronic circuits. It offers a maximum voltage rating of 60V and a hold current of 200mA, with a trip current of 0.40A. The device can withstand a maximum fault current of 40A, and it trips in a maximum of 2.2 seconds at 23°C. The initial resistance ranges from 1.50Ω to 2.84Ω, with a post-trip resistance maximum of 4.40Ω. The typical tripped power dissipation is 0.40W.
This through-hole component comes in a radial disc package with a lead spacing of 5.10mm, dimensions of 7.40mm x 3.10mm, and a seated height of 12.70mm.
