The Bourns MF-MSMF150/24X-2 is a polymeric positive temperature coefficient (PTC) resettable fuse from the MF-MSMF series. It is rated for a maximum voltage of 24V and a maximum current of 100A. The hold current (Ihold) is 1.5A maximum, and the trip current (Itrip) is 3.0A typical.
This device features a low initial resistance of 0.03 Ohms minimum and a maximum post-trip resistance of 0.12 Ohms. Typical time to trip is 1.5 seconds at 3.0A, with a typical tripped power dissipation of 1.0W.
Designed for surface mount assembly, the MF-MSMF150/24X-2 uses the standard 1812 (4532 Metric) concave package measuring 4.55mm L x 3.24mm W with a maximum thickness of 0.85mm. It is AEC-Q200 compliant for stress test qualification in automotive applications. The component is also RoHS compliant and halogen free.
