The Bourns MF-MSMF150-2 is a polymeric PTC resettable fuse designed for overcurrent protection in electronic circuits. It features a hold current of 1.5 A and a trip current of 3.0 A, with a maximum voltage rating of 6 V and a maximum interrupt current of 100 A.
Electrical characteristics include a minimum resistance of 30 mΩ and a maximum resistance of 120 mΩ at 23°C. The time to trip is 500 ms maximum at 8 A, and typical tripped power dissipation is 0.8 W. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
