The ITT Cannon MDM-9PCBRP is a 9-position Micro-D plug connector from the MICRO series, designed for reliable signal interconnections in demanding environments. It features a D-Type, Micro-D shell style with a plug, male pin contact arrangement. The connector is panel mounted with through hole, right angle solder terminations, making it suitable for compact PCB layouts.
Electrical specifications include a maximum current rating of 3 A, contact resistance of 8 mΩ maximum, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 600 VAC at sea level and 150 VAC at 70,000 ft altitude. The insulator resistance is a minimum of 5000 MΩ. The contacts are gold plated copper alloy, ensuring low resistance and corrosion resistance.
The shell is aluminum with yellow chromate plated cadmium finish, providing shielding and durability. The connector includes a jackscrew coupling mechanism and female screwlock (2-56) flange feature for secure mating.
