The Microchip Technology MCP9803-M/MSG is a digital temperature sensor designed for precise temperature monitoring. It converts temperatures between -55°C and +125°C into a digital word, offering an accuracy of ±1°C maximum from -10°C to +85°C.
This sensor family supports user-selectable resolution from 9-bit to 12-bit and includes features like power-saving shutdown and one-shot measurement modes. It communicates via an industry-standard 2-wire I2C/SMBus compatible serial interface, allowing multiple devices on a single bus.
