The MC74LCX125DTR2G is a high-performance, non-inverting quad buffer from On Semiconductor, designed for operation from a 1.65V to 5.5V supply. This buffer features 5V tolerant inputs and outputs, making it compatible with 5.0V TTL logic. Its high impedance TTL compatible inputs reduce current loading on input drivers, while TTL compatible outputs provide improved switching noise performance.
The device supports live insertion and withdrawal, and its IOFF specification guarantees high impedance when VCC is 0V. It is LVTTL and LVCMOS compatible. The MC74LCX125DTR2G offers a balanced output sink and source capability of 24 mA at 3.0V and near-zero static supply current in all three logic states, significantly reducing system power requirements. Latchup performance exceeds 100 mA, and ESD protection is rated at over 2000V for the Human Body Model.
This buffer is suitable for memory address driving and TTL level bus oriented transceiver applications. The Output Enable (OE) inputs, when HIGH, disable the outputs by placing them in a high impedance (HIGH Z) condition. The MC74LCX125DTR2G is available in a 14-TSSOP package and operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
It is Pb-Free and Halogen Free, complying with RoHS standards. The device also meets Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL 1) requirements.
