The MC74LCX125DTG supports live insertion and withdrawal, and has an IOFF specification that guarantees high impedance when VCC is 0V.

 

Packaged in a 14-TSSOP, this buffer is designed for surface mount applications. It offers a balanced output sink and source capability of 24mA at 3.0V and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
