This octal non-inverting buffer/line driver/line receiver from On Semiconductor is designed for bus-oriented systems and memory address drivers. It features TTL/NMOS compatible input levels and outputs that directly interface to CMOS, NMOS, and TTL logic. The device operates over a voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and has an output drive capability of 15 LSTTL loads.
