MC33363APG

The MC33363APG from On Semiconductor is a monolithic high-voltage switching regulator designed for operation from rectified 240 Vac line sources. This integrated circuit incorporates an on-chip 700V, 1.5A SENSEFET power switch and a 500V active off-line startup FET.

Key features include a duty cycle controlled oscillator, current limiting comparator with programmable threshold and leading edge blanking, latching pulse width modulator for double pulse suppression, a high-gain error amplifier, and a trimmed internal bandgap reference. Protective features such as cycle-by-cycle current limiting, input undervoltage lockout with hysteresis, output overvoltage protection, and thermal shutdown are integrated into the device.
