The MC14504B is a hex non-inverting level shifter manufactured by ON Semiconductor, utilizing CMOS technology. This device is designed to shift TTL signals to CMOS logic levels for any CMOS supply voltage between 5 and 15 volts. It also supports interface from CMOS to CMOS at one logic level to another, enabling both up and down level translation by selecting appropriate VDD and VCC power supply levels.

The MC14504B features diode-protected inputs to VSS and can drive two low-power TTL loads or one low-power Schottky TTL load over its rated temperature range. It operates with supply voltages ranging from 3 to 18 Vdc for both VDD and VCC. The input voltage range is -0.5 V to 18 V, and the output voltage range is -0.5 V to VDD + 0.5 V.

This level shifter is available in a 16-SOIC package, suitable for surface mount applications. It operates within an ambient temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The device is designed for applications requiring interface between different logic levels, such as TTL to CMOS or CMOS to CMOS.
