The MC14175BDG from On Semiconductor is a Quad Type D Flip-Flop integrated circuit. It is constructed with MOS P-channel and N-channel enhancement mode devices.
Each of the four flip-flops is positive-edge triggered by a common clock input. An active-low reset input asynchronously resets all flip-flops. Each flip-flop features independent Data (D) inputs and complementary outputs (Q and Q).
This device supports a supply voltage range of 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc and operates within an ambient temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. It is available in a 16-SOIC package, suitable for surface mounting.
The MC14175BDG can be used as shift register elements or as type T flip-flops for counter and toggle applications. It is functionally equivalent to the TTL 74175.
