MC14175BD

The MC14175BD from ON Semiconductor is a quad type D flip-flop designed for static operation. Each of the four flip-flops is positive-edge triggered by a common clock input, and an active-low reset input asynchronously resets all flip-flops. Each flip-flop features independent Data (D) inputs and complementary outputs (Q and Q).

This device operates within a supply voltage range of 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc and supports a clock frequency of up to 14 MHz. It offers complementary outputs and is functional equivalent to TTL 74175. The flip-flop has an input capacitance of 5 pF and a maximum propagation delay of 120ns at 15V with 50pF load capacitance.
