This logic gate is housed in an 8-pin DFN (Dual Flat No-lead) package with exposed pad, designed for surface mounting. It operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The MC10EP01MNR4G is Pb-free and Halogen-free, meeting RoHS compliance standards.
