The MC10EL57D from ON Semiconductor is a fully differential 4:1 multiplexer. It can also function as a 2:1 multiplexer by leaving the SEL1 line open. The device supports PECL mode with VCC from 4.2 V to 5.7 V and VEE = 0 V, or NECL mode with VCC = 0 V and VEE from -4.2 V to -5.7 V. All inputs have internal pulldown resistors.

 

This multiplexer is housed in a 16-SOIC package and is suitable for surface mounting. It operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The Q outputs default to LOW when inputs are open or at VEE. The 100 Series devices, including the MC10EL57D, contain temperature compensation.

 

The MC10EL57D is Pb-Free, Halogen Free, and RoHS Compliant. It offers internal ESD protection exceeding 1 kV for the Human Body Model and 2 kV for the Charge Device Model. The device has a transistor count of 109.
