MC10E446FNR2

The MC10E446FNR2 from ON Semiconductor is an integrated 4-bit parallel to serial data converter capable of operating at NRZ data rates up to 1.3 Gb/s. This device features on-chip clock division by 4 and 8, differential clock and serial inputs, and an asynchronous data synchronization input.

The converter supports both PECL and NECL operating modes, with supply voltage ranges of 4.2V to 5.7V for PECL and -4.2V to -5.7V for NECL. It includes a VBB output for single-ended input applications and internal 50 kΩ pulldown resistors. The MODE input allows for expansion to an 8-bit conversion scheme using two devices.

Packaged in a 28-LCC (J-Lead) or 28-PLCC format, the MC10E446FNR2 is designed for surface mounting. It meets or exceeds JEDEC specification EIA/JESD78 IC Latchup Test and has a flammability rating of UL 94 V-0. The device also offers ESD protection.
