The MC100EL57DR2G from ON Semiconductor is a fully differential 4:1 multiplexer. It can also function as a differential 2:1 multiplexer by leaving the SEL1 line open. The device supports PECL mode with a VCC range of 4.2 V to 5.7 V and NECL mode with a VEE range of -4.2 V to -5.7 V.
Key features include internal input pulldown resistors on all inputs and Q outputs that default LOW with inputs open or at VEE. The 100 Series devices contain temperature compensation. The MC100EL57DR2G is supplied in a 16-SOIC package and is suitable for surface mount.
