The MBRX140-TP is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode from Micro Commercial Components, designed for surface mount applications. It offers a maximum DC blocking voltage of 40V and a maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage of 40V, with a maximum RMS voltage of 28V.
