The MBRS3200T3G is a Schottky power rectifier from ON Semiconductor designed for surface mount applications. It features a 200V maximum DC blocking voltage and 3A average rectified current with a forward voltage drop of 0.84V at 3A. The device utilizes Schottky Barrier technology with oxide passivation for high stability.
This rectifier operates at junction temperatures up to 175°C and can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents of 100A at 60Hz. The fast recovery time (≤500ns at >200mA) makes it suitable for high frequency rectification. The SMB (DO-214AA) package with J-Bend leads is compact and compatible with automated assembly.
Applications include low voltage high frequency rectification, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection circuits. The NRVB variants (NRVBS3200T3G, NRVBS3200NT3G) offer automotive qualification (AEC-Q101). The device is Pb-Free and meets MSL 1 requirements. RoHS and REACH compliance statuses are unverified.
