The MBRS3100T3G is a Schottky power rectifier from onsemi, designed for low voltage, high frequency rectification applications. It features a Schottky barrier principle with epitaxial construction, oxide passivation, and metal overlay contact. Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 100V, average forward current of 3A, and a low forward voltage of 790mV at 3A.
