The MBRS2040LT3G is a Schottky power rectifier diode from On Semiconductor designed for low-voltage, high-frequency applications. It features a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 40V and a maximum average rectified forward current (Io) of 2A at 103°C. This Schottky rectifier is built with epitaxial construction and oxide passivation for stable operation.
