The MBRS190T3G is a Schottky power rectifier from ON Semiconductor, designed for low voltage, high frequency rectification. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 90V and an average rectified current rating of 1A (up to 2A at lower lead temperatures). The forward voltage is typically 750mV at 1A, enabling efficient operation. The device is housed in a compact surface mount SMB package with J-bend leads, suitable for automated handling.
