The MBRS130 is a Schottky barrier rectifier from On Semiconductor designed for low-voltage, high-efficiency rectification applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified forward current of 1A. The forward voltage is typically 550mV at 1A forward current, enabling low power dissipation. The device can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge currents up to 40A (8.3ms single half sine wave), making it robust for inrush current conditions. The reverse leakage current is 1mA maximum at 25°C and 10mA maximum at 100°C (both at 30V reverse voltage). The rectifier is housed in a compact DO-214AA (SMB) surface-mount package with J-bend leads, supporting a package power dissipation of 1.5W. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to +125°C, and it is suitable for automated assembly in power supply, polarity protection, and freewheeling diode circuits.
