The ON Semiconductor MBRM140T3G is a Schottky Power Rectifier designed for surface mount applications. It offers a 1.0 A current rating and a 40 V reverse voltage.
This rectifier utilizes the Schottky Barrier principle, providing an optimal tradeoff between forward voltage drop and reverse current. Its advanced packaging techniques result in a highly efficient, miniature, and space-saving surface mount component. The POWERMITE package offers the same thermal performance as SMA packages but with a 50% smaller footprint and a low height profile of less than 1.1 mm.
Ideal for portable and battery-powered products, the MBRM140T3G is suitable for applications such as AC-DC and DC-DC converters, reverse battery protection, and voltage "ORing".
