The MBRM140T3 is a Schottky power rectifier from ON Semiconductor, designed for surface mount applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and an average rectified forward current of 1A at TC=110°C. The typical forward voltage is 550 mV at 1A, enabling high efficiency and extended battery life in portable devices.
The device is housed in a DO-216AA (Powermite) package with a low profile of 1.1mm and a small footprint of 8.45mm², making it ideal for space-constrained designs. It is supplied in tape and reel (12,000 pcs) and is Pb-free. The rectifier is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications and offers ESD protection (HBM >16 kV, MM >400 V).
