The MBRF30L60CTG from On Semiconductor is a high-efficiency Schottky rectifier diode array designed for switch-mode power supplies and power management applications. It integrates two Schottky diodes in a common cathode configuration, each rated for 15A, totaling 30A per device. The device offers a low forward voltage drop of 0.57V typical at 15A and 25°C, minimizing conduction losses.
With a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60V and nonrepetitive surge current capability of 240A, this array provides robust performance in demanding environments. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and is housed in a TO-220 Full Pack (TO-220FP) through-hole package, ensuring good thermal dissipation with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 5.0°C/W.
