The MBRF30L45CTG is a dual Schottky barrier rectifier array from On Semiconductor, designed for switch-mode power supplies and high-efficiency rectification. With a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 45V and total forward current of 30A (15A per diode leg), it offers low forward voltage drop: 0.5V maximum at 15A and 25°C, decreasing to 0.44V at 125°C. The device provides high surge capability (190A nonrepetitive peak) and includes guard-ring protection for stress immunity. ESD ratings exceed 400V (Machine Model) and 8000V (Human Body Model).
The array is housed in a TO-220-3 Full Pack (TO-220FP) through-hole package with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 2.2°C/W. Operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The part is Pb-free and shipped in tubes of 50 units. Typical applications include output rectification in power supplies, power management, and instrumentation.
