The MBRF30100CTP is a Schottky diode array from Littelfuse Inc. It features a common cathode configuration with two diodes, each rated for 100V reverse voltage and 15A average rectified current. The forward voltage drop is 850 mV at 15A forward current, ensuring low power dissipation.
