The MBRF2060CTG is a 60V, 20A Schottky power rectifier array from ON Semiconductor, designed for switch-mode power supplies. It features two Schottky diodes in a common cathode configuration, housed in a TO-220FP full-pack through-hole package.
With a maximum reverse voltage of 60V and a total average rectified forward current of 20A (10A per leg), this device offers low forward voltage drop: 850 mV at 10A and 25°C, decreasing to 750 mV at 125°C. It can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 150A and has a fast recovery time suitable for high-frequency switching applications up to 20 kHz.
The device features oxide passivation, guardring for stress protection, and high dv/dt capability (10,000 V/μs). The junction-to-case thermal resistance is 4.0 °C/W per leg, and the operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 175°C. The electrically isolated TO-220FP package eliminates the need for additional isolation hardware.
