The MBRF20100CTG is a dual Schottky barrier rectifier array designed for switch-mode power supply applications. It features a common cathode configuration with two 10A diodes in a single TO-220 Full Pack package, achieving a total device current of 20A.
Key electrical ratings include a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 100V, low forward voltage drop of 850mV at 10A, and fast reverse recovery time under 500ns. The device can withstand non-repetitive surge currents up to 150A and operate over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. Thermal resistance is rated at 3.5°C/W per leg.
The TO-220FP package is fully electrically isolated with 4500V RMS isolation rating, eliminating the need for additional isolation hardware. The through-hole mounting simplifies assembly in high-power circuits. Typical applications include output rectification in switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection circuits.
