The MBRF20100CT is a switch-mode Schottky power rectifier array manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It features a 1 pair common cathode configuration with each diode rated for 100V reverse voltage and 10A average rectified current (20A total). The device exhibits a low forward voltage drop of 850 mV at 10A and a fast reverse recovery time of less than 500 ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications.
