The MBRF10100 is a 100V, 10A Schottky rectifier diode manufactured by SMC Diode Solutions. It is designed for high-frequency switching applications with low forward voltage drop and fast switching characteristics.
Key electrical specifications include a peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 100V, an average rectified forward current (IF(AV)) of 10A at 133°C case temperature, and a non-repetitive surge current (IFSM) rating of 150A for an 8.3ms half-sine pulse.
