The MBRD835LT4G is a Schottky barrier rectifier designed for switch-mode power supplies, free-wheeling diodes, protection and steering diodes in inductive switching circuits. It features a 35V peak repetitive reverse voltage and an 8A average forward current (at TC=88°C). The forward voltage is typically 510 mV at 8A, contributing to high efficiency.
This rectifier can handle a peak repetitive forward current of 16A and a non-repetitive surge current of 75A. It is rated for ESD immunity: >400V Machine Model and >8000V Human Body Model. The maximum junction temperature is 150°C, with an operating range of -65°C to 150°C.
