The MBRD660CTT4 from On Semiconductor is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode. It is designed for applications such as switching power supplies, inverters, and as free-wheeling diodes.
This device offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60V and an average rectified forward current of 3A per diode (6A per device) at 130°C. It features extremely fast switching and a low forward voltage drop, with a typical forward voltage of 700mV at 3A. The reverse leakage current is rated at 100µA at 60V.
Packaged in a TO-252-3, DPak (2 Leads + Tab), SC-63 surface mount package, the MBRD660CTT4 operates over a wide temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. Its construction is epoxy molded with corrosion-resistant surfaces and readily solderable leads.
