MBRD660CTG

The MBRD660CTG is a Schottky barrier rectifier array from On Semiconductor, designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. It features a 1 pair common cathode configuration, with each diode rated for 60V peak repetitive reverse voltage and 3A average rectified forward current (6A per device at TC=130°C). The forward voltage drop is typically 700 mV at 3A, enabling low conduction losses. The device offers extremely fast switching with reverse recovery time ≤500 ns, making it suitable for switching power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diode circuits.

Packaged in a surface-mount DPAK (TO-252-3, DPak, SC-63) case, the MBRD660CTG weighs 0.4 grams and supports solderable terminations. It operates over a wide temperature range of -65°C to 175°C, with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. Thermal resistance is 6°C/W junction-to-case and 80°C/W junction-to-ambient. The device is Pb-free and RoHS compliant (unverified), and meets ESD ratings of Machine Model C and Human Body Model 3B.
