The MBRD660CT is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode array from On Semiconductor, part of the SWITCHMODE power rectifier family. It features a common cathode configuration with two diodes in a single DPAK-3 surface mount package.
Key electrical specifications include a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60V, average rectified forward current of 3A per diode (6A total device), and a maximum forward voltage of 0.7V at 3A and 25°C. The device offers extremely fast switching and a low forward drop, with a nonrepetitive peak surge current rating of 75A.
The MBRD660CT is designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and as free wheeling diodes. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to +175°C and is available in Pb-Free packages. The DPAK surface mount package is suitable for automated assembly.
