The MBRD650CTT4G is a Schottky barrier rectifier array from onsemi, designed for high-efficiency switching power supplies, inverters, and free-wheeling diode applications. It features a common cathode configuration with two diodes, each rated for 3A average rectified current (6A total per device) at a case temperature of 130°C. The device offers a maximum reverse voltage of 50V and a low forward voltage drop of 700mV at 3A, minimizing conduction losses. Fast recovery characteristics (≤500ns) enable high-frequency operation. The junction operating temperature range spans -65°C to 175°C, with a maximum thermal resistance of 6°C/W from junction to case per diode. Housed in a surface-mount DPAK (TO-252) package, the MBRD650CTT4G is suitable for automated assembly and space-constrained designs. The part is Pb-free and RoHS compliant per the datasheet.
