The MBRD650CTG is a dual Schottky rectifier array from ON Semiconductor, designed for high-efficiency power conversion in switching power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diode applications. It features a 1-pair common cathode configuration, with each diode rated for 3 A average forward current (6 A total per device). The device can withstand a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 50 V and offers a non-repetitive peak surge current capability of 75 A.
With a typical forward voltage of 700 mV at 3 A and fast recovery speeds (< 500 ns), the MBRD650CTG minimizes conduction and switching losses.
