The MBRD640CT from On Semiconductor is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode array featuring two diodes in a common cathode configuration. It is designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diode applications. With a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and an average forward current of 3A per diode (6A total), this device offers low forward voltage drop of 0.7V at 3A and 25°C, ensuring high efficiency.
