The MBRD5H100T4G is a Schottky barrier power rectifier from ON Semiconductor, designed for switch-mode power supplies and high-frequency applications. This device offers a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and an average forward current of 5A at a case temperature of 171°C.
The typical forward voltage is as low as 0.71V at 5A, contributing to high efficiency. It can handle repetitive peak forward current up to 10A and non-repetitive surge current up to 105A. The junction temperature range extends from -65°C to 175°C, ensuring robust thermal performance.
