The MBRD360T4G is a Schottky barrier rectifier from On Semiconductor, designed for switch-mode power supplies and inductive switching circuits. It is rated for a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60V and an average rectified forward current of 3A at +125°C case temperature. The forward voltage is typically 600mV at 3A forward current. The device can handle a nonrepetitive peak surge current of 75A (60 Hz half-sine). It features fast switching with extremely low forward drop, making it suitable for output rectification, freewheeling, and protection diodes. The part is ESD rated: Machine Model Class C and Human Body Model Class 3B. It is packaged in a DPAK (TO-252-3) surface mount package, which is Pb-free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to +175°C, with a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 6°C/W and junction-to-ambient of 80°C/W. This device is also available with automotive qualifications (NRVBD and SBRD prefixes).
