The ON Semiconductor MBRD350 is a Schottky barrier rectifier designed for use as output rectifiers, free wheeling, protection, and steering diodes in switching power supplies, inverters, and other inductive switching circuits. This device features extremely fast switching and a low forward drop.
Key electrical specifications include an average rectified forward current of 3A and a peak repetitive reverse voltage of up to 60V. The maximum instantaneous forward voltage is rated at 0.6V at 3A and 25°C. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to +150°C.
Packaged in a DPAK surface mount case (TO-252-3, DPak), the MBRD350 is suitable for applications requiring compact and efficient rectification. The device is designed for easy solderability and corrosion resistance.
