The ON Semiconductor MBRD320T4G is a state-of-the-art Schottky barrier rectifier designed for applications such as output rectifiers, free-wheeling diodes, and protection diodes in switching power supplies, inverters, and inductive switching circuits.
This device offers extremely fast switching speeds and an extremely low forward voltage drop. It is constructed with a platinum barrier and avalanche guardrings. The rectifier has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 20V and an average rectified forward current of 3A at +125°C.
The MBRD320T4G is housed in a TO-252-3, DPak (2 Leads + Tab), SC-63 surface mount package. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to +150°C.
