The MBRB2545CTT4G is a Schottky power rectifier array from onsemi, configured as a dual common cathode pair. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 45V and a total average forward current of 30A (15A per leg). Designed for switch-mode power supplies and high-frequency rectification, it offers a low forward voltage of 820 mV at 30A. The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 150A and has a high dV/dt capability of 10000 V/µs. ESD ratings exceed 8000V HBM and 400V MM. AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. Packaged in a D2PAK (TO-263-3) surface mount case, it is MSL1 compliant and features Pb-free, solderable leads. Operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 175°C. The epoxy body meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
