The MBRB2545CTG is a Schottky power rectifier array from On Semiconductor, featuring a 1 pair common cathode configuration. It is rated for a reverse voltage of 45 V and a total average rectified forward current of 30 A (15 A per leg) at a case temperature of 164°C. Typical forward voltage is 820 mV at 30 A.
