The MBRB2535CTLT4G is a SWITCHMODE Power Rectifier employing the Schottky Barrier principle in a large metal-to-silicon power diode. It features epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact, and is designed for low voltage, high frequency switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection.
Electrical ratings include a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 35V, an average rectified forward current of 12.5A per leg (25A total), and a low forward voltage drop of 470 mV typical at 12.5A. The device has fast recovery characteristics (<500ns, >200mA) and a maximum junction temperature of 125°C. ESD protection is provided with Human Body Model >8000V and Machine Model >400V.
Packaged in a D2PAK (TO-263AB) surface mount package, the device is MSL1 rated and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability. It is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications and is Pb-free. The tape and reel packaging contains 800 units.
